Post Greetings

Hello,
My name is Phil Bolick and I am new to the site and owning a 2004 F150 Supercab with a short bed, 144 in wheelbase, 5.4L engine, 3.55 Axle, with towing package.

I am trying to find out the most economical way to add towing mirrors with built in turn signals. The local Ford dealer and body shop tell me that this is an option on the 2005. Neither of them could or would answer questions about wiring. My question is will it fit and or require additional wiring? My hope is that the F150 has the same wiring harness that the 2004 F250 and/or the F350.
Any and all help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Phil Bolick
