Stalling Problem

I have a 91 Bronco with the 351. The current problem is that it starts fine, but after about 2-3 minutes of idle, the check engine light comes on it starts to idle rough. If you accelerate the check engine light goes off and seems to run fine. If you have it in Drive/Reverse it will stall, but if you keep on the gas it again seems to run fine. I have replaced the TFI module, but not sure what to check next. After it stalls you can restart it with no problem but the problem still shows up. Any suggestions??
