When I did my 74 F250 4x4, I had to change my porportioner valve, master cyl, booster, and front end. I also had to acquire a couple of thread adapters (Napa Auto Pts) to use to connect the brake lines to the master cyl. Also, a double flare tool to install new fittings on the ends of the lines at the front wheels. A donor truck would help with alot of this if one is available. The F100 may not entail as much too.
It wasn't that bad of a job, just time consuming to make things all fit together. Like I said though, yours might be an easier job.
