Squeaking sound..
I have an 02 250 cc with 4wd, 90,000 miles whenever going over a speed bumb it makes a squeaking sound like an old box spring matress, sounds like its coming from the front . Any info. would be helpful.

My '01 did the same exact thing, front and rear, especially when it is cold outside. I replaced the bushings with polyurethane one's and the noise is gone. I put Rancho front leveling springs on and they already had polyurethane bushings in them so that was easy. The rears on the other hand were no picnic to install. Here is the place where I got mine, the cheapest I could find.

those inserts where out my 2000 was doing the same thing. i think ford came out with a nylon insert they are pretty cheap. just use a pry bar to seperate the springs and slide them in good luck.
