mounting CD changer

i have a 99 SD ext cab i need some ideas for mounting CD changer i am installing 2 bass tubes in the back on the floor so there is not much to choose from anybody got any suggestions.

How about the glove box? Other than that the only place I could think of would be under the front seats.
