Hypermax started the 5in. exhaust, probally not the cheapest though, no way on the 5in. down pipe., not even posible, since you have a Super Duty you could do the 4in. though, then the 5in. exhaust after that. 5in. is pointless, it makes no more power then the 4in. and doesn't have less egt's then the 4in., it does for some sound cooler and or look cooler, I am not saying not to get it, I am just telling you in case you didn't know that it doesn't do anything for you, it does look\sound good on some trucks. Make sure you know that you are getting a good exhaust, some of those e-bay exhausts require alot of work to get them to fit, you shouldn't have to cut or make brackets for your new exhaust. The 5in. exhaust sometimes resonates really bad in the cab, making it unbarible in the cab, some make resonance and some don't, don't get the muffler, they are way to quiet, turbo diesels don't need cats or mufflers....

5" exhaust is only "necessary" if you are planning on making over 450hp. If not, it is only for bragging and looks, not functionality. I read a lot on this subject when trying to decided what size I wanted.
