i believe ford does. some of the other guys have mentioned that their absence is one of the minor annoyances of the '05 f250 king ranch i'm getting. they've been calling them "wheel well liners." be safe...
I don't have any pictures of the liners. The front bolts to the front backet that is in front of the rear wheel and the back to the bracket behind the rear wheel. They both attach to the upper part of the wheel well with two push pins, if you look up in your wheel well you will see two holes. I could take some pictures tommorow if needed.

Sorry I didn't really answer John 51 question. Yes there are fron and back pieces. They do a pretty goo job of keeping the crap out. I wish there is a piece for the front wheel well to keep mud out of the front bumper. I have added all of the forgotten or money saving items that Ford just happened to delete. These were needed but the biggest rip off for the price they charge you now to what they could have installed them at the factory for.
I ended up making my own rear inner fender liner that completely hides the inside of the wheel well. I bought a 4X8 sheet of black 1/16" black stiff plastic from international plastics. Cost $38.95 Canadian and make a template from cardboard first. Took about a day of goofing around but I had fun because it was my brand new 2005 F350 4X4 FX4 lariat crew cab and I just wanted to be near it anyway. I think they look great and hide all the junk you see in and around the back wheels.
Great idea, I've heard of some of the duallie guys making thier own also. You need to take your template and make a paper copy and put it on Ebay. I'm sure you would have some takers.
It has been brought up before. The liners supplied on the current 3/4-1 ton Rams is a real heavy duty looking part. The material is way thicker. I may ever get them and retro them even tho my 02 has the OEM ones.
we called the dealership and spoke to the autobody guy. He says the rear inner fender liners are listed as a part of the 2005 truck. This means it is supposed to be there, or else in 2005 it wouldnt be in the parts catalogue for those vehicles, whether or not they fit. We're in the middle of speaking with the dealer about it, very dissapointing that ford would yet again do something so strange to PI$S everyone off, like deleting these fender liners. .........unbelievable........ the dealer wants $200 each for them....they are a simple piece of plastic, nothing special.
I got an idea, since they're into saving money by deleting items, lets remove the plastic from the bumpers, and all the chrome, and the windows, wipers, tires, where does it end?
I paid just a little over $100.00 for the rear set around $27.00 each. Yes all of the deletions were petty by FMC especially on a 45K truck. I've gone through my 05 and added everything they left off (wheel liners, glove box light, door lights, hood blanket and hood weather strip).
