If it's the site I think it is, the "invoice" amount they're showing is the same as what appears in the "invoice total" box of the factory invoice. The only thing it doesn't include is what Ford charges us to put gas in the vehicle at the factory, so it comes up anywhere from $10-$50 short of the exact amount they charge us (this amount varies from region to region, so Ford doesn't show it when you build the vehicle on-line). But it's close enough, at least the last time I checked it.
on my invoice from the dealer it shows additional 13 gal. gas $25.09 , fdaf assessment $385.00 those where the only extras not shown on the ford site. if i had purchased in new jersey there would have been a extra $159.00 nj cost surcharge which is a nj rip off for buying a new car or truck.
God I hate NJ.... Can't even let you put gas in your own vehicle... I spent a year there before moving to Georgia. I like to look back on it as "temporary exile". The Princeton/Plainsboro area sure was pretty in the summer though...
Jeff - Thanks for the insight.
I'm telling all my friends if you want a Ford and want "to know the "real deal,
No hassles, No surprises, Even Factory Order" that I know this guy in New York.
I know my day is coming soon, to make the trip to NY. Heck, my wife is on board and would make it happen tomorrow if she could.
