Installing hitch, hardware ?
I have a class 4 hitch I am removing from my 79 F-150 and installing on my 85 F-250. Would you reuse the mounting hardware or get new stuff. Would I get grade 8 hardware, or is there stronger stuff I am not aware of.

Grade 8 is fine and there really is nothing better out there for you to bother with for the truck you have. Grade 8 1/2 inch is fine for most hitches, 3/4 is better. Just use the same size it came with originally.
