MPG on '93

I think that the 93 ratings are the same as 92. My 92 5.0 4x4 with 5 speed manual transmission is rated by the EPA as 14/city and 16/highway. And 5.0 auto was 14/city and 17/highway--if I remember correctly.
I have a 92 5.0 4x4 5 sp with 4.09/4.10 gears and I get over 20MPG on the highway.

K I'm not sure but right now in winter and stuff I get about 10 to 11 in mostly city driving back and forth to school and work, does that sound low and if so what could be the problem, fuel filter, etc.?? thanks

I hate to say it but that mileage you are getting is pretty normal. My city gas milage is about 10 or 11 mpg also and I've been getting that kind of mileage since I bought the truck back in 2000. Everything like spark plugs, dist. cap, wires, fuel filter etc-etc are new so that's not the problem. Ford trucks aren't known for their fuel efficency, well at least mine isn't.
