Noisy cat
My '88 F-250 460 has just developed a rattle in the cat when ideling. I was wondering if anyone has hollowed their cat out. I don't want to remove it because of inspection, and I don't want to pay for a new one. Thanks, Mike

My sawzall did all the work for me on my 94. we have no testing aroud here so now I run true duals back to glasspacks out the bumper. the sound is great!! but if there is ever testing I'm up a crick. lol
My 95 was done with a dual in/out cat. Ford headers & edbk muffs and the sound is too weak. cats gonna die

Its rattling inside it, there are no heat sheilds on it anymore. Yes, I am going to do something about it. I was wondering if anyone removed the guts. I will buy a new one if I need to. Thanks Mike
