is there any way to get; heavy service front springs, steering damper, rear anit sway bar, and rear overload springs on a '05 xlt sport 6.0 auto? it seems you can get all but the steering damper or all but the rear anti sway bar.

Correct- and there's a darned good reason for that too. The HD service pkg increases the front height of the truck, and is specifically designed for winch or other aftermarket applications mounted on the front of the truck. Ford disclaimer: *Recomended only on vehicles which will permanently utilize aftermarket equipment which will load the front axle to the designated GAWR. May result in deterioration of ride quality. Vehicle ride height will increase with the addition of this package. Putting a Rr Stabilizer on that suspension changes the design parameters of that option (eg: weight in the front, not the bed of the truck).

It doesn't revolve around the steering damper, it revolves around the HD Service Pkg. The Camper Pkg includes the front spring off of the HD Serv Pkg, but that's the only component it includes. The HD Serv Pkg is a different front suspension. Unfortunately, the steering damper isn't a menu option, but the real issue is whether the HD Serv Pkg is a good idea for a customer thinking in terms of Camper/Towing. Fords disclaimer is quite clear here : *Recomended only on vehicles which will permanently utilize aftermarket equipment which will load the front axle to the designated GAWR. May result in deterioration of ride quality. Vehicle ride height will increase with the addition of this package.
So: If Camper/towing is the primary use, go with the Camper pkg. If you intend to hang something off of the front that will max the GAWR of that front axle (as in, a permanent install), go with the HD Service pkg.
So how much weight does a winch weigh on the front springs ? Im thinking of getting one, maybe not on a 300 lb bumper but something that would hold the winch ? I know nothing about winches, obviously. At least the ones that are on 4x4 trucks.
