While, as some of you may now I haven't posted here in ages...
I didn't ever plan to post here again. I found a replacement foum, not car related but good enough for me(www.pcmech.com).
I didn't know any way to get this done, but I would like to get me kill my membership here. Kpayne, what do I/you need to do to kill my membership?

Ken,IMO that he meant *his identification with the group*.
The info he provided to be a part of FTE ,he probably wants removed.
That's the way I interpret his request.
Possibly a Self-induced "Killfile request" comes to mind.

A self induced kill file would be nice. When I lok under my posts is says 315... whoever said that must be seeing something I don't?
The reason I came back here is because I got an e-mail from a moderator here, with a reply to some weird Yahoo adress...

There are 181 threads in which you've posted. 315 posts sounds about right.
If you don't want to be contacted, go into the User Menu and change the following:
Allow other registered users to send you emails?
Allow administrator to send you email notices?
Notify via email when you receive a private message?
Notify via email when you are added to a buddy list?
.... to "no". Then go into the profile and change the email address to something bogus so subscribed threads won't reach you.
There's really no other way to remove you since you've posted so many items (because I'm not going to spend several hours removing all your postings). That's why the guidelines state:
"Items posted in our forums are available to the public and it may not be practical for us to remove them. Please consider this when posting."
