I know that for 1992 the 5.0 has 225 HP @ 4200 RPM and 300 ft. lbs. @ 3200 RPM. Other than that the HO has a different firing order, heads, cam, pistons. I'm not too sure if the crank and rods are differnt. What non-HO are you comparing it against??? The 5.0's in cars vs. trucks were a little differnt.
