Heater Core Problems
I've got a '97 Expedition and I replaced the heater core in it a couple of months ago. Got everything back together and found that I had no heat. 
Ripped everything back apart and checked to see if the blend door was actuating. I cycled the controls, but couldn't get the actuator to move. I tried rotating the actuator by hand, but had no luck. Should I be able to move it?
I wound up removing the blend door (it was cracked), in hopes that I'd at least get some heat until I could make a trip to the dealer and buy another door. I'm getting practically no heat whatsoever. Is this normal, or do I have air in the lines?
