adjusting a door

I have a 84 f250 i need to adjust my door because its no closing as easy as it should. I know that the hinges are woren out a bit but I know that i have enough adjustment in the hinges to take up for it. i was think the best way is just take off the fender so that i can adjust it that way. I tryed doing it with the fender on and kept having to take the door on and off to adjust the hinges. Which didnt get me very far now my door is fitting ever worse then before anyone else ever done this and what was the best way they figured out on how to do it becides taking off the fender so they could get to all hinge bolts easy. any help would be apperciated thanks Steven

It will be much easier to change the worn out hinge pins than to move everything else. They make a kit for this and is very easy to do

I've adjusted my doors using a ratchet, long extension, and a wabbely adapter.. it was a tight fit but I was able to make it work.
