I have a chip for a 2003 Lightning already programed to match your truck. It has 3 settings so it can be used either with the stock pulleys, or a 4lb lower pulley. If you are interested e-mail me at smith9867 (at sign) sbcglobal.net

Why dispute the tried, true, and safe method of chip/pulley/filter? It just plain works awesome and my Harley truck will SMOKE Lightnings that only have intake and exhaust installed.
