95 F-350 lift question

I have a 95 F-350 4x4 and today I saw a 97 in a used car lot with a lift kit on it with a bar across the front frame rails(hidden by the bumper) and a lower shackle assembly for the front and rear of the front spring. Does anyone know who makes this kit? it also had 35's on it and it looked great. The rear looked to be stock with the stock blocks under the springs with the upper helper that was exactly like mine.Any help on who makes this and where I might get one of these kits would be great. Thanks. Tom

Indian, do remember the catalog or any part #'s I called the local Trailmaster dealer and I called Trailmaster themselves but got a sales guy and he only wanted to talk about 99 and up. Any help with this would be great.

Thanks for your efforts,I'm surprised no one else ever heard of this it must be pretty rare or something maybe someone had custom made.

Sounds like a reverse shackel kit. Off Road Unlimited makes a kit as well as another company which I can't remeber.
