I HATE the new FMCDealer website

Any of you guys who use the site know what I'm talking about? Ford has really screwed this thing up...the FMCDealer website is now slow, the navigation sucks, and the applications only work about 1 out of every 3 times you click on them

FORD- If your listening, GO BACK TO THE OLD WEBSITE.

Sorry, just had to rant...

Why don't you contact Ford sales or their webmaster?

I've kinda had issues too. My login wasn't working for a long time, and some of my training records got messed up. I also can't check my training history on my home computer for some reason.

Don't feel bad- GM just "upgraded" theirs to about the same results. Now I can swear at both websites. Grrr.

Although I don't seem to have access to my training history, everything else works fine. I especially like the fact that all dealers now have access to key-code information, for vehicles built from 1996 on. That will be a HUGE help to any customer stranded without their keys.

The site seems to have speeded up a tad, (thanks polarbear for the tips), but the navigation on the new site is still rotten... And still as of now OASIS and VINCENT and DOESII are still non-functional.

You guys are lucky you have FMCDealer. In Canada we have our own version of it. The latest recalls that show up are from early last year sometime. We don't have Ask Ernie. They finally decided that we should be able to look up SSMs by the number but then shortly after the link for that disappeared. etc etc etc

Now it doesn't work at all, and apparently it won't be up for the rest of the day, according to my office staff. Thanks, Ford.........

I'm not even in the office yet. Maybe it's time for another cup of coffee.

dirty rotten no good....... They must be using GM's IT people. Ironically, GM's dealerworld got rid of a lot of the glitches. I'm sure ford's site will be the same after a few days. Good thing we don't have to do any business or anything...
