It seems that my '04 PSD is taking longer to warm up, after sitting outside overnight, to normal operating temp, since a recent pcm flash.
On the other hand, I may just be imagining a problem because I don't have much confidence, in Ford quality, anymore.
At 20 deg. F. ambient temp, it now takes almost 15 minutes to warm up from dead cold to normal ( mid-point on gauge and heater blowing hot air ). Before the recent flash, it took about 5 minutes.
What are your experiences?
TIA
Why don't you try using the block heater? It should help with your warm-up times. I have mine on a timer which runs 4 hours before I leave for work. You could also leave it plugged in all the time.

That should solve the problem; but, I still wouldn't know if or why I have it.
I'm weird. I always want to find the cause.
