I swapped boosters out of a 79 into a 77 amd the brakelights are always on both of them now..what causes them to do that??...the lines arent hooked up yet
Loosen the bolts just a little where the MC attaches to the booster and see if the lights go out. There needs to be a bit of clearance in there, and it also needs to be in the proper alignment. If loosening the bolts shuts the lights out, the linkages are binding.
