Hello
I joined this site for info and tips on Ford Trucks. I have two babies. One is a 1955 F-100 that I picked up for $250 bucks. It has a complete body and chassis with a Ford 9" rear, no engine or trans. This however is my project in waiting, waiting for time, money, and understanding from my wife. My main project is my daily driver, it is a 1975 ford F-250 4x4. I am currently restoring this truck. I started back in 1997 almost had it done when a patch of black ice at 65 mph left me with little more than a frame. Its back on the road now and its time to get r done. The moter is a 390 bored .60 over, Police Intercepter heads, Headman headers, Edlebrock Intake and cam, and an Edlebrock 600cfm carb. The Tranny is NP 435, Transfer case NP 205, Dana 44 3500# up front, and a Dana 60 in the rear. My next mod is to swap the front axle for a disc brake version. Anyone know where I can find A Dana 44 or 60 for a good price? I would appreciate any info or advice.
