Jake, I dont know the exact numbers but my SD intercooler does fit, the tubes are three inch, and they line up with the two supports on the radiator support, they go up and down on the backside. you will see them if you look down from the top. prolly just have to cut a few holes, maybe make a new support, or at least strengthen it. I can measure and post back tonite.

I went out and measured mine and...
The pipes are 3"od, 35.5 inches on center, located right in the center of the tanks so 9 inches from the top and bottom, the finned cooling area is 33 inches wide, 18 inches tall, the tanks are 3 inches thick, the widest part is at the pipes which is 41 inches

thanks DR, im trying to find other intercoolers that wil work, a larger or more effecent cooler would be nice. i hear too many places say that the factory cooler is only good to 300HP but there also the companies that make the intercoolers and i dont think they would sell as many saying the factory one is fine.

theres a ic out of a f800 on ebay that is close to the same dimensions but its 28 high and 2 thick instead of 18 high and 3 deep, the f800 has 400 more sq inches of frontal surface and 60 cubic inches
