Automatic Headlight

I have a 99 F150 extended cab truck with headlights that can be set to where they come on when I start the truck if it is dark enough for them to do so. Is their a way I can set these so they come on everytime I start the truck regardless of whether it is dark or not?

Simplest way is to cover the quarter size series of slots that are just right of the center of the dash.
