2002 Expy Headlights/Fogs

2002 Expy Headlights/Fogs
Can someone please tell me the correct headlamp number for a 2002 expy? I'm pretty sure it's 9007 but I'm getting some conflicting info that it's 9006. Also on the fogs. I'd like to go to the silverstar foglamp but not sure the number. Book says 899? Also seen 9145 and 9005 for the silverstar but you have to cut off some clip to alter it? Thanks in advance.

I tried to do a search y'all with no luck. 350 + results everytime with 95% not relevant. SRY, I know people don't want to see the same posts over and over and I'm sure that somebody has brought this up before.

I use Silverstar 9005 for the fogs, but you have to trim a little plastic off the actual bulb housing. When you try to fit it into the foglight housing, you will see where you need to trim, its just a small bit from one of the tabs. Also, when doing this conversion, the 9005 will burn out quicker than a stock bulb....Im seeing that they last about 8 months, when a stock will last over 2 years. Its still a long time, but at $20 per bulb, its a bit of a pain in the a$$.

I don't know if the 02 takes the same bulb as my 97 but mine uses and 9006 in the fogs and a 9007 in the heads. I have all Silverstars and it is FANTASTIC! The light output is awesome! I also did the fog light mod so the fogs stay on when you hit the high beams. I also di d the switch ramp mod so I can turn on just parking lights and then pul the fog switch.

How did you do the fog light mod and the switch ramp mod? I always wanted to do that but didn't know where to start.
