bed cover and side rails?

bed cover and side rails?
hey i was wondering if you can have box side rails and a roll up bed cover together. i was looking at some of the bed cover and they block part of the stake pocket not all of it but almost half is there any company that makes something that would work or could you notch the rails for the cover just enough for it to clear?

I think they do make some, if you check with JC Whitney. However they do carry a much higher price tag. I have an '00 S-cab with an Extang roll up cost $240 new.it wont allow for the stake pockets to be used but i can still have side rail caps. Also my bed has 4 tie down points inside, so i do not need to use the pockets for anything.
