wiper woes
I have a 1989 ford f15o inline six. the wipers are erratic. I checked the firewall ground at the firewall next to the motor and at the fuse panel under the dash but no success. I also hear an electrical noise like a chirp from under the dash where the wiper governor box is. Is this the defective part??Or another??Thanks.

Exactly which type of erratic are you experiencing ? The type were the blades are jurking like going over a washboard road, or the wipers work with no rhythm and only when they want to ?

That's similar to what my 88 did before I changed the wiper delay module.
I'm not sure if there's a testing proceedure to verify the fault in the module. Maybe another member knows for sure ???
