4x4 lock nut tool

I have a '94 Ranger and I want to repack my front wheel bearings.I have been looking for the tool for removing the wheel bearing lock nut and evryone wants to sell me the four prong socket for manuel lockers but that does not work for my auto-locking hubs.Does anyone know what I need?

I can't remember exact size,think it's 2 3/8".Any good parts supplier should be able to get you one.OTC has them,not sure about the cheaper co.'s( ATD,northern,etc.)

NAPA auto parts is the only place i found my lock nut or what one u might need im sure

I've seen them in Pepboys, all varieties of hex and spindle nut tools for Ranger, Bronco, F150, F250, F350. It was one size smaller than my Bronco's axle nut tool. (hex, I think)

2 3/8 inch in the tool aisle at Pep boys. Its about 12 bucks. If you've got a big pair of channel locks, that will work too. The Nut shouldn't be on there too tight....MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE WEDGE KEY OR YOU WILL MESS STUFF UP!

Had a 91 Exploer a few years back with auto locking hubs. I remember having to adjust the front wheel bearings a couple times a year. I always turned the nut with a medium size pair of channel locks. Never bought the " correct" tool.
