I have an '04 FX4. Maybe I'm the only one that has this problem: Yesterday I checked all 4 tires, and was ticked as hell to find that the left rear tire was down to 18 pounds pressure. What gives? I'd expect that a company that charges over $30,000.00 for a truck would make sure I didn't get a slow leak. For that much money, I expected more. It cost me $22.00 for a fix. Is there a TSB out on this problem? Anyone else have it?; I hope I'm not the only sucker that got shafted. My Toyota never had a leak that bad. I have a call in to the service rep at Ford; I'll post if I get any update about this. Thanks for letting me vent!

Are you really expecting Technical Service Bulletin for a flat tire??? You had it fixed....where was it leaking from??
what was wrong? bead leak? you need a new stem or what? sorry but i think its pretty funny, nothing to get that ticked about. atleast your wheel didnt fall off or something. only time my tires got soft was when i went from 80 degrees at home to negitive digits up in the mountains.
I do not have any problem with missing air, but for the money I shelled out you would think Ford could splurge on chrome valve stem caps. Does anyone know if nissan uses plastic caps?

Yes, I had a low leak, but my post getting upset about air loss was just a joke! Sorry, I thought it was obvious. Dunk, you're kidding too, right? ;-)

Larry, without facial expressions it's tough to tell who's joking when typing... Sorry..
I had that problem with the new 32 x 11.50 x 15's Dunlops I put under the Bronco. 3 of them leaked until I lowered the air to 15lbs and drove it around the neighborhood a few times. That reseated the tire mounting beads..
For what it's worth, I could tell it was a joke, larry. Come on, who in the world would want a TSB for a flat tire. People need to mellow out a bit here!!!

What? Now you tell me I do not need a TSB?!?!? I am turning in the rental I have been using during my wait.
