6.0L engine noise changes
I have a 2004 f-250 lariat 6.0psd and the engine rarely ever gets quiet like it used to when idling. My brother has an 02 7.3 and my 6.0 is just as loud as his now. Maybe once a day the engine will quiet down and when I touch the gas pedal it immediately changes tune. Has anyone had similar sounds?

6.0 EGR problems
My dealer changed the EBP sensor about a month ago. Is there any way for me to check/disable the EGR valve to see if thats the problem. If I take the truck to the dealer and tell them its not quiet enough they won't take me seriously.
