I'd like to say hello to all involved in the Kansas forum and start with my first post!
Can anyone recommend a machine shop in the Wichita area that specializes in the 335 series engines. I have some work I'll need done down the road and don't have a clue who to call. The few connections I do have recommended some shops, which i called, but they wouldnt know an Aussie made 302C head if i hit them upside there chevy driving dome with it. Needless to say, any help on where to start would be appreciated.
I deal with a couple good shops at work, one is Lubbers machine shop. The other is Smiths engine on south broadway, one of the guys up there is a ford guy and can re-build our 300/6 industrials in about 30min blindfolded lol. They are not the cheapest but they do do good work so I think it's worth it.
