Hello matt, hopefully you can shead some light on my situation. I too am in socal and own an 03 expy with faded body cladding. I took it to cerritos ford and they gave me the run around up as high as the general manager! I talked to ford and they said they will not replace them and the matter is closed! I did see some tsb numbers for the fading cladding but they were both different. I also saw that the original cladding was not uv protected and they have since fixed that on the new models, if you can point me in the right direction I would be very thankful,so will my wife, she had a screaming fit while on to some idiot at ford! thanks , Damien.

I am sure you will find a dealer to fix this for you unless the vehicle is not under warranty, or some other unforeseen reason.
