i have a 1968 F-100 with a 360. I just replaced the carb gaskets, but i still here that whistle. 
What could it be and where could i find it? Can somebody please help me?

I had the exact same problem and here's what it was. The old Carb-to-manifold gasket had been siliconed in and I didn't clean off all the silicone around the retaining bolts. I found it by taking a spray bottle of water and spraying around the base of the carb until the water made the whistle stop. It will also slow down the engine a bit. You could also use carb cleaner. I had to take the carb back off and I used a sharp chisel to remove the silicon. Then I brushed the manifold with a wire brush until it was shiny clean. Whistle gone.
