Too bad that it happened before you got the truck. Hopefully you can locate a good bed soon. I had a truck with a bed that was rusty, some what repairable and ended up selling a very nice truck that I still miss even though I have a very nice 69 F100. Just could not find a box when I wanted to, didn`t want to try to fix the box and gave up too quickly on that truck. Don`t make the same mistake, don`t get in a hurry like I did and then have to start all over again.
