Early release 06 SD?

Early release 06 SD?
I am planning on ordering a new SD to replace an 02 SD.It will basically be configured the same way,XL,V10,6spd,etc....I read a reply to a post on BON that the 06's will start being built 4/06.Anyone know if this true,and if so what changes?
Also,a coworker has been saying a rear locker is due out the next model year.
