upgrades and a chip

i have a f150 with a 4.6. i have the following mods: shorty headers, true duals with h-pipe, cold air intake, 75mm thottle bodie and i have bored out my stock plenum to match the thottle bodie. i have plans to add comp cams xe262ah cams and high flow cats. i know i need a chip now but i only drive the truck once or twice a month. i just want to know, after i add the other mods if it will damage my truck to run it. i just want to get most of my mods out of the way before i run it on a dyno to get a/f for a chip. i just didn't want to have the get the chip and turn around have to send it back in to get a retune. if it is best to get the chip before the cams and cats i will. thanks for any information you give.

ps. it is a 2001 with the pi heads, if that matters or helps.

Your combinations could very well throw off the air/fuel ratio but there is no way to know for certain what the final impact is (the a/f ratio varies even on stock trucks) without a dyno pull. Make the changes and drive it without knowing the air/fuel ratio and you're rolling the dice....
