I have a set of Hedman headers (my engine is 460 however). They are heavy guage and fit well. Try www.summitracing.com. I would suggest what ever brand you get pay the extra $ and get the ceramic coating. Hedman has the coating as an option, which I did not get, now I am having to sending mine out to get coated for an additional $275.

I bought a pair of long tube headers from autozone for a hundred bucks and they got a lifetime warranty. They have a real thick head flange and 1 1/2" primaries and 3" collectors. They were black but the paint burnt off em. I love em. THey are much better than manifolds and i've only blew out one of the cheap paper gaskets. I had em since November of last year and they're still goin strong. They seem to fit real good in my 84 f 150 2wd w/ automatic but the only thing is they make starter changing purty hard. You can get em with a ceramic coating for like 150 and they're called flow tech made by holley.
