help! the upper and lower accuator and igntion rod on my 86 diesel f 250 are JAMMED !! now what ?

I doubt its the actuator rod that is stuck, if it were then you would just need a new IGN switch. IF its stuck stuck, most likely you rack & rod assembly snaped in two. It's a super fun job taking the coulmb apart to repair it.
