Scabs and Screws

Forgive my ignorance... What the heck is a Scab and what is a Screw?? Thank you for taking the time to answer this questions I know there are many other much more important issues....

SCAB = Supercab, the truck with the suicide doors

SCREW = SuperCrew, the truck with 4 regular doors

I hate refering to my Supercab as a Scab. It just sound dirty!
