Going to look at this truck in the next day or two. I will be daily driving it, plus using it tow a 20' inclosed car trailer w/ a ~2800lb car in it. Dealer has it listed for $13,900 in the paper. What do I need to look at and what do I need to plan on failing anytime in the somewhat near future.

It's a reg cag short bed duallie. I'd post a pic of it, but this sight won't let me.

Sounds good, but the 99's have 35 less hp than 2000's up.It's hard to say about the actual truck,i guess just use common sence.I wish i had a dually.

 

Something seems odd... wonder if they just pulled some specs out of the air or if the short-bed regular cab dually really has a 9900 rating. I know that the GVWR of an F350 SINGLE rear wheel is 9900 lbs. Seems a dually should be higher.

Several improvements were made in the mid-late '99 model year and on into 2000. Things like telescoping trailer tow mirrors, MUCH improved cup holders, and additional power seem like small items, but are worth finding- especially in a daily driver.
