Steering gearbox seals??

Steering gearbox seals??
I have searched and read a lot of post about steering gearboxes leaking at the sector shaft, just above the ptman arm. Mine seams to be leaking at the top where the steering shaft goes in. Is this seal replaceable too? I have degreased and pressure washed it and it appears that is where it is leaking.( not a lot of veiwing room) It will dang near empty the system in a day of driving. So what do you think upper seal or a line leaking where i cant see????????
