V-10 pep increased
My 2003 V-10 has finally gotten beyond the 10k miles. I now have 16k on the clock and I have noticed an increase in throttle response over the last three thousand miles.
Do these V-10's have that long of a break-in period over the V-8's? Or is my foot just getting heavier?
Only changes I have made to it is the oil.

With todays engines you could take one off the assembly line and run it through the quarter mile and one with 20k on it and they both would be basically identical. Maybe slight difference but not enough to talk about. I'm sure there are exceptions out there.
