heater core..where to buy?

I need to replace the heater core on my '53, its the original heater, not the fresh air one the small box type.

Anyone know where I can get one online, before I take it off and try to get it repaired, which I would like to avoid.

Mine just gave out one day and started leaking inside the cab really bad.

Unless anyone has a spare one they are looking to unload?

Believe it or not, it does get a bit cold in Texas...sometimes.

If Mid Fifty doesn't have them I'd be surprised. A good radiator shop should be able to build you a new one.

When I had my radiator recored, I just took the heater core in to the radiator shop too. It was pretty cheap to have it recored. Mine was'nt leaking but figured I'd take care of future problems.
