I have recently had work done at a local Ford dealer.

If memory serves me,I believe that I read somewhere that if you have service
done that it will show up on your Service Log in "Myford.com". Is this true or did I read it wrong?

 

It doesn't appear automatically- you have to log into the site and enter the info yourself.

 

Well some service does appear automatically, it probably depends on the dealership. I have 3 vehicles on my site and while 2 of them don't have any service information and have been serviced by the a particular dealership. Tthe 3rd, my F350, has all of the service ever done on it automatically added by the dealer, which is a different dealership than the other 2 vehicles.
