Power BRAKE Conversion?
The company that made the Ford Power Assist Brake Option that was put on at the Factory or Dealer add on, is still in Business.
Or are you willing to sacrifice the Stock Restore & go for an up-grade?
This then brings up up-grading to Front Disc Brakes as well.
There are three different companies making the above brake up-grade.
Which is something else to think about if you are going to a Stock Restore or a Modified Restore.

And I have seen the kits on-line.. What I trying to find out, Is what if any problem( Nightmare) thay ran into.. what worked or didnt.. So I dont buy 1 kit and find out it was worse off than making my own set up.. So everyone.. Speak up about how ur brake up-grade went.. Good and the bad.. what work great and what to stay away from...
This brings up another thing.
When considering up-grading to a P/B system, you have to take into consideration the fact that you'll have to do the D/B conversion @ the same time or it'll cost you more down time & more Rhino later that needs to be doaled out as well.
Why you ask?
It requires a different Brake Master Cylinder for P/B system & Limiter then it does for a You-Stand-on-Um' Brake system & Limiter.
The best kit is the the one that Bolt's Straight on w/o any cutting or welding. There are two others out there, that require just that, cutting & welding so those kits can be installed.
I can not remember the name a present of the Former, but I can find out from my Installer who is looking into it for me.
