Heater problem on 97 Explorer
The heater in my 97 Explorer has stopped working when the vehicle is idling. Could this be the blend door? It works too well when I'm in motion but not much at all when sitting?

hmmm.... maybe the water pump... what happens to your engine temperature when you are sitting at idle? if it were not able to circulate the hot coolant when at idle it might show up this way? just a thought...
