2000 F-250 SD Door Locks

Unhappy 2000 F-250 SD Door Locks
Driver side and passenger side door locks stopped working at the same time. Motors try to lock and unlock but are unable to. Based on this information, I am thinking that I may have a bad common relay or bad ground to the doors. Has this been an issue before? I'm really trying not to consider both motors would go bad at the exact same time. Is there any Tech. Bulletins on this?

Hello. Thank you. Of course I'd be happier if I was here just for the fun of it and not because of the problem with my truck.
