Pro is running a HighAngle rear shaft with a 1410 yoke I believe and a CV. Bulletfrigginproof. He blew his other shaft to bits and pieces but the HA will never fail, even if he IS dumping the clutch at 5K on dry pavement. They cost $$ but are worth every penny.
Indeed. Tom Woods has a good rep but the high angle has stood up to my abuse without a twitch, plus Jesse is a good guy to deal with. My vote is for the HA.
i bought a front and rear shaft from Jesse for dad's bronco with 1350 yokes and a CV at the t-case, which is really sweet! otherwise, i dont buy driveshafts.... i use schedule 80 tubing and to sleeve the driveshaft and then weld it back to the yokes. i will post pics up here soon but i imagine it should hold up nicely! although i could care less how it rides!

i got a severe angle on the front output (26-30*) and want to reduce the vibes i get in two wheel with the hubs locked, didnt know anything about those guys other than what they advertise
you know you could get a CV joint off a bronco or F250 (depending on yoke size) and take them to a driveline shop and have them weld you up a nice shaft for a fraction of what jesse sells'em for! i found a handful of CVs off of broncos and F250's all for $20 from a junkyard!
no but i doubt he would ever need to get the 1 tons! hell i am still running 1330 and haven't busted a shaft yet and you've seen my t-case and steering parts from when i'm not so nice to her!
I will need the 1350 c/v, the 1410 bamf c/v or a 1410 single joint with the yoke ground out for clearance, i dont want to grind out a 1330 c/v, i have heard too many times about problems with that.
running a d60 up front and a 460 pushing 1900 horsepower.......ok 400hp , with probably the same torque or better, i dont want to go back to a 1310 c/v...... i will give jesse a call and have him hook me up
thanks everyone
I had Jesse at High Angle Driveline build the front long slip shaft and rear two piece CV shaft for my truck. They've worked out great and I agree that Jesse is a good guy to deal with.
