Lighter

How Do I Remove The Lighter Socket From The Dash To Replace It?
And Does Anyone Know What Fuse It Is In The Box,and Does That Fuse Work Anything Else?

the lightr socket pretty much unscrews from th dash. The lighter is the only thing that th fuse goes to. As far as the location, it should be labled. The position is depndant on what fuse box Ford decieded to put on it at the time. It should be about a 10amp fuse though.

Remove the wire.
Grab the round aluminium case behind the lighter and TURN counter-clockwise > while pushing on chrome trim ring in front of dash

That is weird. On my 77, the lighter and dome light both has their own dedicated circuit off of the fuse block...
