no head lights

have a 92 e250 300/6 went to turn on the head lights and no lights,went 2 the ford place and thay sold me a new light switch, installed the new switch and still no head lights,,, the only lights i have is high beams when i hold the turn signal back.. and no high beams when i push turn to high beams...could the switch in the turn signal for the lights be bad?? thanks for all your help.............

Sounds like anothe bad multifunction switch........ These electronics must be made in Taiwan or something.

Yes, and as stated above, Ford calls it the "multifunction switch".

what is a multifunction switch? Could that make my headlights dimmer?

The multi-function switch is the turnsignal, high/lowbeam, hazard, and maybe a couple of other things all combined into one switch.
